Wanderlog is a free itinerary maker and road‑trip planner launched in 2019 by twin brothers Harry Yu and Peter Xu. The product combines document-style collaboration with mapping tools to let users import information, map trips, add reservations and compile lists of places to visit. The company recently launched a subscription service and reports encouraging early metrics. Founders say the platform is facilitating thousands of trips per week and is useful for coordinating plans within large groups. Wanderlog was part of Y Combinator’s 2019 cohort and is based in the Bay Area. The team plans to use funding to expand web and mobile features, including offering restaurant recommendations drawn from Google and Yelp reviews.
