Waveium develops a simulation platform that predicts wireless system behavior in different environments in seconds, enabling companies to embed wireless performance into products and processes without radio wave expertise. The platform draws on deep research in wireless communication, modeling, and software development originating from Lund University. Waveium says its technology can serve industries reliant on wireless connectivity, including IoT and industrial automation. Founded in 2024 by William Tärneberg, Aleksei Fedorov, Christian Nelson, and Nikita, the team aims to scale the platform commercially. The company raised €470,000 in a pre-seed round to accelerate platform development and expand operations. No revenue or user metrics were disclosed in the announcement.
