Wayflyer, launched in 2020, is a data-driven financing platform that provides working capital to consumer brands and small businesses using advanced analytics to underwrite and originate receivables. Since launch, the company has deployed over $6 billion in working capital to thousands of brands worldwide. Wayflyer leverages structures such as forward-flow asset purchases and credit facilities to scale capital deployment while managing its balance sheet efficiency. The company recently secured a three-year forward-flow agreement with funds managed by Fortress to enable up to $1.5 billion of asset purchases and added a $250 million credit facility with ATLAS SP Partners earlier in the year. Wayflyer says the new capital capacity positions it to deploy up to $4.5 billion over the next 24 months and to continue investing in product development.
