The company recently secured a three-year forward-flow agreement with funds managed by Fortress to enable up to $1.5 billion of asset purchases and added a $250 million credit facility with ATLAS SP Partners earlier in the year. Wayflyer says the new capital capacity positions it to deploy up to $4.5 billion over the next 24 months and to continue investing in product development.
