Founded in 2021 and based in Ghent, Wenite builds a white‑label toolbox for HR service providers that covers data collection via surveys and CRM, client trajectory management, dashboards and AI‑driven analysis of employee data. The platform is purpose-built for consultants to centralise workflows—replacing spreadsheets and scattered tools—and to create a "living file" for each client to track progress and demonstrate impact. Wenite currently counts around 25 HR consultants as direct clients, including BDO, Springbok Coaching and The Moris Company, who together serve more than 500 end clients. To date the platform has collected over 3 million data points for roughly 45,000 employees across use cases such as early burnout detection and psychosocial risk analysis. The founding team comprises three Ghent entrepreneurs, two of whom hold doctorates in psychology, and the company grew initially on its own resources. With the new funding, Wenite plans to expand its commercial team and scale its go‑to‑market across Europe, targeting the c.20,000 HR service providers the founders estimate exist on the continent.
