Founded in 2015 by Yun Jeong-ho, WERT INTELLIGENCE develops AI solutions for the intellectual property market and created a patent-specialized large language model called PlutoLM trained on 170 million global patents. Its product suite includes Keywert, Keywert Insight, specification and custom IP AI agents, plus data and consulting lines WERT Datagrid, Signal, Decision, and Intelligence Analysis, totaling eight products. The company says its services are used at about 3,000 sites including major corporate IP centers, R&D departments, and institutions in Korea. WERT positions itself as a Korean alternative to established global IP solution providers and aims to expand its domain AI offerings into global markets. The company launched its first AI patent search service, Keywert, in 2016 and has focused on IP AI development for nearly a decade.
