Overview

Whatagraph develops an automated tool for monitoring and reporting online marketing performance. The service collects data from social media, e-commerce, and ad-rating platforms and enables marketers with little to no technical knowledge to monitor up to 50 sources and generate automated reports. The product aims to give marketing professionals clear answers on campaign performance without requiring technical expertise. Whatagraph raised $7.2 million in a Series A to accelerate product development and plans to nearly double headcount to just under 200. The company also intends to scale operations in the US and EU. Whatagraph is a SaaS marketing analytics and reporting platform that automatically collects and visualizes data from channels such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads to produce shareable client and team reports. Founded in 2015 in Lithuania and scaled out of Amsterdam, the company serves more than 500 international clients including Fila, Colgate, Ogilvy, and Dentsu Aegis. In 2019 it achieved 3.5x revenue growth and doubled headcount, and the team says stability now allows focus on expansion. The product roadmap emphasizes dynamic reporting, data modeling and forecasting, and easier sharing between teams to close the gap between data, insights, and action. With the new funding Whatagraph plans to accelerate product development, penetrate new markets, double its user base, and pursue a Series A. Whatagraph automatically creates presentation-ready infographic reports that visualize Google Analytics and social media data. The platform removes the manual effort of creating analytics reports by producing visual, presentation-ready outputs. The company was founded in 2015 by siblings from Lithuania and is headquartered in Amsterdam after joining the Rockstart accelerator. Clients include well-known brands worldwide such as Heineken, The New York Times, Ogilvy and Berkshire Hathaway. Whatagraph reports average year-over-year growth of up to 250%. The recent €600k investment is intended to prepare the company for a Series A and to fund expansion, including plans to double headcount and grow development and sales/marketing hubs in Klaipeda, Vilnius and Amsterdam, with an expected 300% revenue increase.
