YPX Cayman Holdings, founded in 2010 by Chris Tay (CEO), manages casual food & beverage chains in China. Its first brand, CLOUD 9, targets Taiwanese casual F&B and snacks and now operates more than 40 stores across Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Changzhou and Hefei. YPX intends to open at least another 90 stores throughout China and aims to become one of the fastest-growing quick service restaurant brands in the country. The company plans to use new funding to open additional stores in Eastern and Northern China and to build a large fast-casual F&B chain platform. YPX is led by Founder and CEO Chris Tay.
