Founded in 2020 (originally as CredAvenue) by Gaurav Kumar, Yubi offers a suite of platforms that facilitate lending, underwriting and collections for enterprises and financial institutions. Its applied-AI engine, YuVerse, powers products such as Yubi, Accumn, Spocto X and YuCollect, enabling seamless credit discovery, loan management and collections automation. To date the company claims to have facilitated over Rs 3.2 lakh crore in debt across more than 48 lakh transactions, serving 17,000+ enterprises and 6,000+ lenders and investors. Yubi is now focusing on expanding into Southeast Asia, the United States and strengthening its Middle East presence while deepening investment in proprietary AI capabilities. The firm positions itself as building a global operating system for financial services. Existing backers include Peak XV, Insight Partners, Lightspeed, B Capital Group, Dragoneer and TVS Capital. The company is targeting profitability as it scales globally, supported by both equity infusions and structured debt.
