- Neysa
Participated · Equity · Feb 2026
Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Mumbai, Neysa provides customized, GPU-first data-center capacity that lets customers train, fine-tune, and deploy AI models locally while meeting latency and data-sovereignty requirements. The company currently runs roughly 1,200 GPUs across facilities in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai, and plans to scale to more than 20,000 GPUs as demand accelerates. Neysa differentiates itself from hyperscalers by offering highly tailored clusters, round-the-clock support with rapid response times, and a software stack for orchestration, observability, and security. CEO Sharad Sanghi expects capacity to more than triple and revenue to similarly surge over the next year. The startup employs about 110 people and intends to use fresh capital primarily for large-scale GPU deployments, with a smaller share earmarked for R&D and software development. Longer-term, Neysa aims to expand its footprint beyond India as local and global AI labs seek in-country compute.

Participated · Series D · Nov 2024
SarvaGram is a rural-focused lending platform founded in 2019 that targets farmers, salaried individuals and micro and small enterprises with tailored credit products. The company operates in five states with 150 branches and serves over 100,000 customers. Its assets under management stand at ₹1,200 crore, with roughly 70% of the portfolio secured by property collateral. SarvaGram partners with lenders such as IDFC First Bank, AU Small Finance Bank and Northern Arc to broaden its credit options. Management plans to use new capital to expand credit offerings, deepen rural reach, enhance product offerings and pursue growth with an eye toward profitability. The founders, Utpal Isser and Sameer Mishra, bring extensive banking experience and a household-focused, data-driven approach to rural lending. SarvaGram is a rural household-focused lending and distribution platform that delivers customised financial and capacity-enhancing products to an addressable market of over 80 million rural households. The company operates from eight hubs, has more than 50 outlets across four states, and works with 250+ franchise partners covering over 8,000 villages. Management plans to expand the distribution footprint by adding 75 outlets to reach 125 by the end of FY2024 and to scale its SarvaMitra franchise program to three times its current size. The fundraise will also be used to strengthen the technology layer, hire tech talent, and solidify the existing tech stack to support operations and data analytics. Elevar Equity noted the company has demonstrated robust financial margins, and investors highlighted the founders' experience and the benefits of increased data availability for underwriting.
- PhonePe
Participated · Equity · Feb 2023
PhonePe operates one of India’s largest digital payments apps, processing roughly 8.9 billion UPI transactions in September 2025—about 45-46 % of overall UPI volume. The company is broadening its suite beyond payments, building businesses in unsecured lending, insurance distribution, and stock-broking. For FY25 it generated operating revenue of ₹7,114.8 crore, a year-on-year increase of about 40 %, while narrowing consolidated net losses to ₹1,727.4 crore. Excluding ESOP charges, profitability has improved materially, and the firm ended FY25 with an estimated ₹6,000 crore in cash. Management is preparing for a domestic IPO targeted for early next year. Regulatory proposals to cap any single UPI app’s market share at 30 % and the challenges of scaling newer financial-services verticals remain key risks.
