Zavvy provides a platform to automate employee experiences such as onboarding, continuous development and connecting employees in hybrid setups. The product uses existing people data to enable employees in the flow of work and creates an experience layer between the HRIS and communication platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams. Its no-code workflow builder lets HR and managers tailor experiences, minimize manual work and integrate with a company’s existing SaaS tool stack. Once configured, workflows run fully automated and scale with the business. The company debuted in 2021 and was founded by Joshua Cornelius and Mehmet Yilmaz. Zavvy recently raised funding to support product development, customer growth and expansion of its offering.
