Founded in 2016, ZestMeUp offers a SaaS suite that combines employee listening (engagement and pulse surveys), performance management (OKRs, reviews) and leadership tools (alignment, 360 feedback). The product targets field populations and end users with an ergonomic interface and includes predictive analytics based on generative AI. The company reports profitability at group level, serves more than 300 clients and supports over 250,000 daily users across more than sixty countries. Following acquisitions of Bloomin (end of 2023) and Linkky earlier, ZestMeUp plans further external growth to accelerate international expansion. The company intends to expand its software suite with new features and deeper AI integration, and to significantly strengthen its teams to reach about 75 employees by year-end. Management has set targets to double customer references over three years and to triple sales to become the European leader in employee experience and talent management.
