Zetagen Therapeutics is advancing the Zeta Platform, a suite of intratumoral, tumoricidal therapies designed to kill breast cancer cells while minimizing systemic toxicity. Its lead candidate, ZetaMet (Zeta-BC-003), has completed a Phase 2a trial at the University of British Columbia showing complete response in treated bone lesions, full bone regeneration, and no skeletal-related events.
