Zivian Health bills itself as the first and only healthcare SaaS platform that empowers compliant collaborations between nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs) and physicians. Its core product is a compliance and collaboration engine that tracks licensures, compiles state and local regulations, creates an audit trail of meeting minutes and chart reviews, and connects clinicians vetted to NCQA standards. The platform provides an outsourced compliance and workforce management system and supports both primary care and specialty care, including women's health and behavioral health. The company plans to expand its collaboration platform to healthcare organizations, insurers, telehealth companies and individual providers across all 50 U.S. states. More than 20 healthcare organizations have signed up and Zivian is managing over 2,500 licenses in less than 10 months. The company is led by co-founder and CEO Rafid Fadul, a pulmonologist.
