Zorus, founded in 2017 by CTO Greg Gage and led by CEO Ian McChord, is a Norwalk, Conn.-based cybersecurity software company. It develops AI-focused web filtering and productivity monitoring software sold as a SaaS through the managed service provider (MSP) network. The company provides cybersecurity products to MSP partners to help them grow their business and protect their clients. Zorus intends to use new funding to introduce additional services to its security suite, adding extensive detection and response solutions on top of its filtering engine. The company also announced the formation of a new board of directors that includes Austin McChord and Paul Sagan.
