Ubiquitous operates a marketplace-plus-agency platform that helps marketing teams plan, select, contract, manage and pay TikTok influencers for large-scale campaigns. The product automates many administrative tasks—briefing, negotiations, contracts and payments—while offering campaign execution support. The company charges advertisers a platform fee and also takes a percentage of payouts to creators. It officially launched April 1st after roughly a year and a half of testing and has quickly achieved strong traction: it reports a $5 million revenue run rate, has booked $6 million of sales, serves 250 brands and has recruited more than 1,000 influencers. Founders say the product is still basic relative to their roadmap, and they plan to scale engineering and product teams while adding creator-facing tools such as insurance, accounting services and a creator app to better serve influencers.
