SENAI is building what it calls Online Video Intelligence (OVINT), using multi-modal AI models to analyze video, audio, text and geolocation data from social platforms and turn fragmented footage into actionable, real-time insights. Aimed primarily at government and intelligence agencies, the system helps operators track fast-moving videos tied to emerging security incidents before misinformation spreads or threats escalate. The company has already deployed the technology in live settings with agencies across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and has signed its first U.S. enterprise customer, indicating dual-use potential. Founded less than a year ago, SENAI is staffed by veterans of the intelligence community and recently added Michel Berdah as Chief Revenue Officer and Partner. Proceeds from its seed financing will accelerate product development, broaden global deployments and solidify OVINT as a recognized intelligence discipline. The $6.2 million seed raise is the firm’s first disclosed funding, giving it capital to expand both government and forthcoming enterprise offerings in 2026.
