  • Promake

    Led · Seed · Jun 2026

Promake offers an AI-driven platform designed to simplify and centralize digital operations for small businesses via a conversational interface that handles website setup, domain acquisition, corporate email, e-commerce infrastructure, payment integrations and digital advertising. The company launched its services globally in February and closed a $4 million financing round to support its next growth stage. Promake plans to use the new capital to reinforce its AI backbone, grow its team, expand into new geographic markets and develop additional end-to-end service layers covering business setup and management. Leadership frames the product as a digital team member that lets users perform tasks with natural language rather than complex management panels. Coverage names Emre Tekin as CEO and lists founders Eren, Evren and Dinçer as part of the founding team. Promake cites the global opportunity of serving hundreds of millions of small businesses as a long-term market objective.

  • RemotePass

    Participated · Series B · May 2026

Founded in 2021, RemotePass provides a single platform for hiring, paying, and supporting workers across borders, covering EOR, contractor management, payroll, and compliance. The company has built an embedded fintech layer that offers workers access to USD accounts, global cards, and health insurance, and in late 2025 launched SpendCards to integrate corporate expense cards into its payroll and payments stack. RemotePass has also rolled out AI agents to automate workflows across onboarding, compliance, and support. The business scaled to more than 35,000 workers in 150+ countries and has facilitated over $800 million in cross-border payroll while reaching profitability in early 2025. After becoming profitable, RemotePass elected to reinvest in expansion and product depth, targeting growth in Europe and the US and deeper financial and compliance capabilities. Customers named in the company release include Logitech, Tata Group, InDrive, and Careem.

  • Getmobil

    Participated · Series A · Dec 2025

Getmobil integrates all steps of the second-hand and refurbished electronics value chain—purchase, refurbishment, pricing, inventory tracking and regulatory compliance—into a single digital operating system. Founded by Mehmet Uygun and Zeynep Uygun, the company serves more than 32,000 mobile phone dealers across Turkey, enabling data-driven pricing and stock management. Dealers using Getmobil’s infrastructure have reported approximately 60% revenue growth and a 50% increase in inventory turnover. The platform also powers trade-in and refurbishment programs for major brands such as Apple, Samsung, Hepsiburada, Sahibinden, Troy and Vatan, making certified devices available to consumers. Turkey’s second-hand electronics market is estimated at roughly $8 billion and has recently gained clearer regulatory backing, which Getmobil leverages to standardize an otherwise fragmented space. Post-financing, the company plans to roll out a nationwide “doorstep buyback” model that lets consumers sell devices from home with digital payments. The fresh capital strengthens Getmobil’s balance sheet as it scales both its dealer network and direct-to-consumer services.
