Founded in 2012, 3iQ is Canada’s largest digital asset investment fund manager with over C$2.5 billion in assets under management. 3iQ was the first Canadian investment fund manager to offer a public bitcoin investment fund, The Bitcoin Fund (TSX: QBTC, QBTC.U), and a public Ether investment fund, The Ether Fund (TSX: QETH.UN, QETH.U). Stablecorp develops infrastructure that bridges regulated finance with blockchain technology, focusing on compliant, bank-grade digital money rails. Its flagship product, QCAD, is a Canadian dollar stablecoin backed 1:1 by cash reserves held in an arms-length trust with daily transparency reports and monthly third-party attestations. QCAD is positioned for use cases such as on-chain foreign exchange, instant cross-border payments and capital-markets settlement. The company’s strategy centers on making digital dollars a mainstream payment rail for both consumers and businesses. New funding is earmarked to accelerate QCAD’s rollout and broaden Stablecorp’s digital capital-markets infrastructure. Stablecorp previously announced a round earlier in 2025 led by Coinbase Ventures, underscoring ongoing investor support.
