The startup supports 100+ customers and reported 2x growth during COVID-19. The platform helps businesses digitally connect, skill, monitor and empower field technicians. It also provides workers with employment-enhancing training and access to financial products such as insurance, savings and microloans. The company plans to use new capital to skill and empower an additional 20,000 service technicians across 10,000 pin codes as it pursues transforming technical field services delivery globally.
