PastPay is a Budapest, Hungary–based fintech that provides B2B payment solutions, specializing in Buy Now, Pay Later services for business transactions across the European Union. Its BNPL product enables businesses to extend payment terms for purchases from over 170 merchants by 15 to 90 days. Since launch the company has facilitated more than 15,000 pay-later occasions. Led by Benjamin Berényi and Bálint Réti, PastPay focuses on improving liquidity for small and medium enterprises. The company intends to use new funding to invest in product development and expand its digital services and infrastructure.

4Trans offers financial products that allow SME logistics companies and independent hauliers to access cash tied up in unpaid invoices, helping them manage daily operations and invest in growth. The company also partners with Allianz Trade to provide insurance products to its clients. To date it has financed 90,000 invoices totaling over €80m for supply chain and logistics SMEs. 4Trans plans to use new funds to strengthen its presence in Poland and Slovakia, expand its team, and make technological enhancements to its platform. The business is led by CEO Jaroslav Ton and CMO Alexandr Lagazzi. The company is based in Prague, Czech Republic. 4Trans is a Prague-based invoice factoring specialist that provides fast financing to European haulers. The company uses AI-driven data analysis and automation to offer up to 80% of an issued invoice in as little as five minutes, versus an industry-standard three months. It has processed more than 50,000 invoices and reports a pipeline accounting for over €30 million in financing. 4Trans says it has seen a 10x increase in monthly revenues since the beginning of the year. Its products target small and independent entrepreneurs in the European supply chain who face delayed payments and limited options from traditional banks. The recent financing is intended to further strengthen its market position within the region.
