  Leaf designs and manufactures a countertop-sized cannabis grow box that automates every major step of cultivating medical marijuana at home. The unit, roughly the size of a mini-fridge (24" x 24" x 60"), offers precision temperature and humidity control, automatic nutrient dosing, odor-reducing carbon filtration, an advanced BIOS LED light array, and an optional water hookup for automatic water changes. All functions are managed through a companion mobile app that provides step-by-step video guidance, making the system approachable for novice growers. The company claims the device pays for itself after just two harvest cycles, highlighting its value proposition against dispensary purchases. Leaf plans to open pre-orders and begin shipping the final production model in the fall, with discounted pricing for early mailing-list subscribers. Having showcased an early prototype at TechCrunch Disrupt SF 2015, the team is now transitioning from prototyping to commercial launch. Founder and CEO Yoni Ofir leads the effort to bring the product to market, supported by newly raised capital.
