Overview
AI Fund is a venture capital firm that strives to move humanity forward by accelerating the adoption of AI. We work intensively with entrepreneurs during their startups’ most critical and risky phase, from 0 to 1. At the earliest stages, your company strategy is still being formed, and you’re still on the path to demonstrating your idea’s full potential — this is a reality we well understand. This is the period when decisions on product strategy, market fit, and team are most critical and a time when your company is most under-resourced. Even if you have a sense for the changes you need to make to be attractive to investors, moving fast and fixing parts of your business when you have limited resources is a challenge. We believe we help entrepreneurs best by providing our time, expertise, and resources to help flesh out these key strategic decisions. Making these choices well can often be the difference between success and failure. AI Fund is here to improve these dynamics, at a time when the help matters the most, leading to a significant upgrade in your company’s opportunity, strategy, and fundability.

Profitmind is a Pittsburgh-based software company that builds an AI decision-intelligence platform for retail merchandising, planning and marketing teams. Its native agentic AI architecture fuses a retailer’s internal data, competitive signals and strategic goals to produce a ranked list of actions such as price changes, promotion tweaks, inventory reallocations and assortment shifts, each tied to projected sales, profit and working-capital impact. The system exports approved actions to execution tools and feeds actual results back into the model, continuously improving recommendations. Retailers using Profitmind span apparel, footwear, auto parts and home goods categories and range from $20 million to $100 billion in revenue across three continents. Reported outcomes include profit improvements of more than 250 basis points and hundreds of hours saved per month in manual data work. Recent partnerships with Microsoft (to list on Azure Marketplace) and Accenture aim to streamline enterprise adoption and support large-scale retail transformations. The newly raised capital will be directed toward global expansion, product enhancement and team growth.
- BizTrip AI
Participated · Seed · Feb 2026
BizTrip AI develops AI-powered travel management software that leverages a proprietary Travel LLM and multi-agent architecture to move beyond simple booking and actively orchestrate decisions across policy, budget, supplier content, traveler preferences and payments in real time. By allowing travel planners and employees to interact with an automated assistant rather than sift through thousands of flight and hotel results, the platform delivers highly personalized, policy-compliant options and promises significant cost reductions for corporate travel programs. Its technology is positioned to improve how travel managers operate, enhance the value offered by Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and provide consumer-grade experiences for business travelers. The company is currently expanding its development team while collaborating with early customers and strategic partners to deepen product capabilities. Fresh capital will be devoted to accelerating product development, hiring key engineering talent and supporting customer-growth initiatives. Since inception, BizTrip AI has raised $2.5 million across multiple pre-seed tranches, giving it runway to further refine its product and scale initial deployments.
- IrisGo
Led · Seed · Jan 2026
IrisGo builds a desktop companion that records a user’s actions and then automates those workflows with limited or no prompting, targeting knowledge workers who perform repetitive office tasks. Co-founded by Jeffrey Lai, a former Apple engineer who helped build the Chinese-language Siri, the product includes a skills library for tasks like email drafting, invoice processing, report building, and document summarization. IrisGo also provides a coding assistant to help developers and employs a hybrid architecture that processes much data on-device while routing larger tasks to the cloud with user authorization and end-to-end encryption. The company recently launched beta apps for macOS and Windows and is pursuing deals to have its software preinstalled on new laptops, having signed an agreement with Acer. IrisGo’s approach emphasizes privacy via on-device processing and aims to move users toward more autonomous background workflows.
