DotBio is a Singapore-based biopharmaceutical company developing multi-functional and intracellular antibody therapies for immuno-oncology using its proprietary DotBody platform. The company combines its modular DotBody technology with CoFi and Hot-CoFi stabilization technologies, high-throughput miniaturized assays and data analytics to rapidly prototype multi-functional antibodies. Its platform is designed to generate therapeutic molecules that target both extracellular and intracellular disease drivers and to screen thousands of multi-functional antibody prototypes. DotBio is led by CEO Ignacio Asial. The company recently closed a USD 5.6M Pre-Series A financing to support its near-term plans. It intends to use the funds to commence pre-clinical studies (including animal efficacy and CMC studies) and to scale its DotBody platform ahead of future clinical development.
