Phaver provides a web3 onboarding experience designed to feel like existing social platforms, lowering the barrier for non-crypto-native users. Its core product—described as a "social graph"—integrates with decentralized social protocols including Lens Protocol and CyberConnect, enabling users to retain ownership of profiles and content across platforms. Launched in May 2022 as a “Web2.5” mobile app, Phaver aims to make decentralized social networks familiar to mainstream audiences. The company reports about 250,000 users and says the app has seen stable, linear growth since launch. Phaver raised a $7M seed round and has now raised over $8M to date, with a reported valuation of roughly $80M. The new capital will be used to scale the team, continue product development and pursue additional partnerships.
