- ATW Delivery Brands
Led · Equity · Nov 2023
ATW Delivery Brands is headquartered in Vitória and was created by partners combining digital marketing and restaurant operations to build a dark-kitchen model that serves multiple delivery brands from shared kitchens. The company operates 170 franchises that together run more than 850 virtual restaurants and prepare roughly 300,000 orders per month. Its N1 Chicken brand alone accounts for about 200 tonnes of chicken processed monthly. ATW expects to generate R$180 million in revenue this year. The company aims to scale to 10,000 restaurants and achieve over R$1 billion in revenue by 2030. Management has paused fast expansion in the short term to organize operations and plans acquisitions to broaden its brand portfolio as part of the next growth phase.
- YOOGA
Participated · Seed · Oct 2023
Yooga builds a restaurant operations management system that consolidates order management, kitchen routing, last‑mile delivery, inventory control and cash‑flow tools into a single platform. Founded in 2017 and based in Brazil, the company has onboarded over 6,000 clients, processes more than 4 million orders per month and handles roughly $2 billion in transactions annually. Most customers previously used paper and spreadsheets; Yooga says it can bring customers on board within a week and produce results in as little as two months. Revenue is primarily from monthly subscriptions that can start as low as $35, and the company is adding payments (including PIX and a “tap on phone” feature) and professional services to increase average revenue per user. Yooga is growing in double digits month over month and reported positive EBITDA in the last three to four months. The founders plan to deploy new capital to hire staff and accelerate technology development to capture the fragmented Brazilian market.
- Bankme
Participated · Equity · Aug 2022
Bankme builds and operates white‑label “mini banks” that map receivables opportunities, prospect clients using data intelligence, and operate credit across a client’s ecosystem. The platform lets businesses migrate operational services for factoring and securitization onto Bankme’s technology, reducing the need for physical infrastructure. Bankme plans to expand product lines to include payroll‑deductible loans, general loans, anticipation and locking of card receivables, and issuance of Cédula de Crédito Bancário (CCB). The company began operations in September 2020 and raised its first investment in January 2021. After the recent round its valuation was reported at R$57 million (up from an estimated R$20 million after the first raise). Proceeds will be used to optimize technology and hire talent, with a goal to double revenue and assets under management in 2022 and reach about 120 employees by the end of 2023.
