Visen Pharmaceuticals is a Shanghai-based biotech focused on developing and commercializing innovative endocrine drugs for patients in Greater China. The company is developing TransCon hGH (lonapegsomatropin), TransCon PTH, and TransCon CNP, and emphasizes a "Patient First" approach. A Phase 3 study of TransCon hGH (lonapegsomatropin) in China is currently ongoing. Visen intends to use the Series B proceeds to accelerate clinical development of its candidates and to build a commercialization foundation in the region.
