The company was started in 2008 by RK Swamy Hansa Group along with S Swaminathan and Ajay Kelkar and focuses on CRM, social, mobile, analytics and cloud (SMAC) services. Hansa Cequity says it maintains 85 million unique customer profiles, analyses 5 million customer conversations and runs more than 750 automated campaigns every week. Management is pursuing a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) strategy to deliver proprietary product APIs and enable customer-intelligence on demand and real-time marketing.
