Thinkfree has launched Refinder AI, an enterprise AI search and assistant that consolidates scattered data across business platforms into a single searchable interface. Refinder AI connects with over 30 productivity and collaboration platforms, including Gmail, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and Jira, and searches contents, documents, PDFs, emails, and messages. The product delivers fast, accurate answers based on verified organizational data and prioritizes results by relevance and importance to speed decision-making. It integrates via a data connector, removing the need for additional development work and supporting SaaS, on-premise, and BYOC deployment options. Granular access controls restrict responses to data each user is authorized to see, addressing security concerns. Since its beta launch the product received positive market feedback and the company subsequently secured outside investment.
