a1mobile is launching as a business telecommunications company headquartered in San Francisco and founded by Darryl Foong. It plans to unify mobile, landline, and AI-powered phone systems into a single carrier designed for the AI era. The company says it will enable phone numbers to do more than connect calls by helping businesses better serve customers. a1mobile is initiating its commercial rollout with business landline customers. Eragon is developing an agentic AI operating system that lets teams interact with core business systems via natural-language prompts, aiming to replace traditional UI elements with LLM-driven workflows. The company post-trains open-source models such as Qwen and Kimi on customer data, deploys models into customers’ own cloud environments, and ensures customers retain ownership of their model weights. Founder Josh Sirota launched Eragon in August and built the company’s early technical team, which includes Rishabh Tiwari and Vin Agarwal.
