Powered by a blend of OpenAI models, Azure cloud infrastructure, and proprietary algorithms, the platform predicts which products are most likely to resonate with each customer by examining purchase frequency, basket composition, and consumption patterns. This approach replaces expensive, untargeted traditional sampling with data-driven distribution that aims to ‘eliminate waste’ for brands. In one pilot with a leading cream cheese brand, Swish distributed 3,600 samples to lapsed buyers, 1,100 of whom returned and purchased more than 4,000 additional units, demonstrating measurable lift in both revenue and repeat sales. Retailers retain ownership of all individual-level data, while brands receive only aggregated insights on conversion and basket affinity. By treating the product itself as the advertising impression, Swish seeks to redefine how CPG marketers launch and promote goods online. Its recent seed financing provides early capital to expand retailer partnerships and refine its AI-driven sampling engine.
