  • Visiblie

    Participated · Convertible Note · Jul 2026

Visiblie offers a platform that measures a company’s visibility in AI-generated search, identifies improvement opportunities, and provides recommendations across website optimisation, content creation and external digital signals. The product combines a proprietary six-phase AI visibility framework with an AI agent that can implement recommendations under human supervision, and uses industry-specific datasets to tailor guidance to sector-specific regulatory and operational requirements. Founded less than a year ago by Gilles Praet and Domien Van Damme, the company says it serves hundreds of users across Belgium, the Middle East, Mexico, Australia and Singapore. Visiblie has partnered with agencies in multiple international markets and recently signed an agreement with PwC focused on regulated sectors including financial services and insurance. The company plans to expand its presence in the SME market and accelerate international growth, with a future seed round planned to support expansion into the US. The company raised €500,000 in a convertible loan round from Seeder Fund, BeAngels and Steven Tielemans.

  • Innocens

    Participated · Equity · Nov 2025

Innocens is a biotech spin-off from the University of Antwerp building an AI-based Clinical Decision Support System for neonatal intensive care units. The software delivers 24/7 risk predictions to help caregivers detect early signs of infections, sepsis, and other complications in premature or critically ill newborns. With its technology, the company aims to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the workload of NICU staff. The recently secured capital will fund a new clinical validation study and enable Innocens to obtain CE regulatory certification, both prerequisites for broader market entry. Management will also use the money to strengthen the team’s competencies and accelerate the commercial rollout across Europe. Although no operating revenue or user metrics are disclosed, the company completed an initial financing round in 2023 and views the latest capital injection as a bridge to full commercialization.

  • ARK Capture Solutions

    Participated · Seed · Mar 2025

ARK Capture Solutions develops a hybrid CO₂ capture technology and builds equipment to remove CO₂ from industrial flue gases, specifically targeting low concentrations (4–15%). The company says its hybrid approach cuts capture costs roughly in half versus conventional technologies and avoids amine-related toxicity and infrastructure issues. The design is autonomous, modular, HSE-friendly and all-electric, and initial life-cycle assessments show environmental benefits including compatibility with existing transport and storage infrastructures. A prototype capable of capturing 2 tonnes of CO₂ per year is operational; ARK is scaling to a 40 tpy pilot and developing a 400–1,000 tpy industrial demonstration unit with three industrial partners. The team has grown from five to nearly seven people and filed its first patent last summer. ARK is exploring equipment sales with long-term service agreements and a capture-as-a-service model while using new funding to upscale the technology, expand the team, accelerate product development, and support market entry.

  • Alvie

    Participated · Seed · Dec 2024

Alvie offers HYGO, a SaaS digital advisory tool that optimises pesticide application timing, technique, and mixture to maximise plant protection efficiency while cutting chemical use. HYGO draws on a database of over 22,000 agricultural inputs and a patented algorithm that analyses weather, soil properties, and crop type; it also integrates an onboard micro‑weather station for real‑time guidance to minimise drift and evaporation. The company aims to reduce pesticide use by up to 70% while field studies to date demonstrate reductions of up to 30% without compromising crop yields, and benefits for soil microbial activity and carbon sequestration. Founded in 2020 by Edita Bezegova, Nadir Ghrous, and Theo Kazmierczak, Alvie positions itself as a farmer‑first, practical solution built alongside growers. The startup plans to use new funding for product development and international expansion following early validation in field studies.
