ProcurementFlow is an Estonian startup offering cloud-based SaaS that digitises procurement and sourcing workflows for manufacturing companies. Its platform centralises research, requests, negotiations, and approvals to reduce miscommunication and accelerate time-to-market for tailor-made manufacturers. The product also serves customers in civil engineering, energy, and food and beverage sectors where procurement processes and pain points are similar. CEO Tarmo Saidla brings procurement expertise from his prior role leading sourcing and supply chain analysis at ABB and positions the company to turn procurement into a profit generator. ProcurementFlow has raised €600,000 in a funding round led by Lemonade Stand to grow its SaaS offering. The company aims to capture a large European opportunity—about 30,000 manufacturers that tailor-make products—which the founders say creates substantial room to improve procurement efficiency.
