Founded in 2016 by former real estate agent Andrew Colagiuri, the product emphasizes a simple, mobile-first client experience. The platform serves more than 700 real estate agencies, including 4,500 property managers, and processes over 30,000 signed documents monthly, of which 16,000 are residential leases. The company has 24 staff and previously raised $2.13 million in 2022. Babel Health provides health plans with a SaaS transactional and data management platform to manage risk adjustment submissions and encounter data for Medicare, Medicaid and ACA programs.
