Mobioos offers an Enterprise Context Layer platform that connects business knowledge, product vision, processes, operational data and software assets to provide a governed semantic context for AI. Its platform comprises products called Fusion and Forge and uses a patented approach that projects business context onto code and systems rather than relying solely on content indexing or vector databases. The company says this approach reduces AI hallucinations, improves response relevance, accelerates development projects and lowers token consumption costs. Mobioos reported $250K ARR after R&D, 18,800 proof-of-concept installations in 11 months, and more than 200,000 prospects on its waitlist. Following the $1.5M raise led by Bombellii Ventures, it plans to accelerate commercialization in Europe, bolster R&D and prepare for U.S. market entry.

Hammerhead AI is a San Francisco-based startup developing the orchestrated RL control agents (ORCA) platform, which deploys reinforcement-learning agents to deliver power-aware orchestration for AI factory operators. By transforming power constraints into actionable strategies, the platform boosts token-processing capacity and, in turn, revenue and shareholder value without waiting for grid expansions. Led by CEO Rahul Kar and CTO Rajeev Singh, the company positions itself as a critical layer between infrastructure OEMs and large-scale AI compute facilities. Hammerhead AI plans to use its new capital to accelerate product development, expand global deployments, and deepen collaborations with infrastructure providers and AI factory customers. The $10 million seed round marks the company’s first disclosed financing and provides the resources to scale both engineering and go-to-market operations.
