Founded in 2021 in Singapore, SkyArk Chronicles is a game studio that develops titles powered by web3 technologies and NFTs. The studio has released a first title, House of Heroes, and is developing two additional games: Legends Arise and RE:Skyarkverse. SkyArk joined Binance Labs' incubation programme in November 2021. In January 2024 the company announced it had completed a $15 million funding round that it said was led by Binance Labs. The announced round included participation from VividThree, GuildFi, Jambo, BreederDAO and angel investors including Bryan Pellegrino. Binance later denied participating in that latest funding round (update dated January 29, 2024).
