Since emerging from stealth in 2025, the company says its platform can avoid up to 95% of traditional CSPM alerts and has gained traction with mid-to-large enterprises across regulated industries such as healthcare, banking, insurance, telecommunications, shipping, and industrials. Founders Ron Arbel (CEO), Ariel Litmanovich (CTO), and Yair Ladizhensky (CPO) are veterans of the IDF’s Matzov cybersecurity unit and Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees who worked on securing Project Nimbus. The company reports three primary use cases: secure cloud migration and M&A, preventing new gaps in mature complex environments, and operationalizing prevention at scale with granular, production-safe enforcement and exception management. Aryon also stated a long-term vision to extend preventive enforcement beyond cloud infrastructure to broader enterprise environments as organizations adopt more AI, SaaS, and distributed technologies. Artemis builds an AI-driven security platform that continuously monitors logins, cloud activity, and applications to learn organization-specific baselines, connect events into coherent incident narratives, and automatically respond to attacks. The company was founded by CEO Shachar Hirshberg and CTO Dan Shiebler and emerged from stealth after roughly six months of operation. Artemis reports early commercial traction with customers including Mercury, Wix, Lemonade and Abnormal AI and has closed several seven-figure deals. It expects to achieve multi-million dollar ARR before the end of 2026. The startup raised a $70 million Series A to scale its business, though the company did not disclose valuation or a detailed use-of-funds plan in the articles. The platform uses AI agents to apply resolution strategies automatically so remediation compounds over time and happens at machine speed. Onit says it helps customers reduce mean time to remediation by up to 87% and is already working with Fortune 1000 organizations.
