Reigo operates an AI-powered underwriting platform that scores, rates, and selects residential bridge loans to reduce defaults and shorten underwriting time to about 24 hours. The firm partners with private real estate lenders across the United States to purchase and participate in investment-purpose loans. Since 2019 Reigo has participated in over 850 loans and has refined machine-learning algorithms drawing on hundreds of data sources. Reigo completed its second securitization, bringing its securitized volume to $200 million, and also closed a $13 million Series A to fund growth. The company said the financing will support continued U.S. expansion and further research and development of its platform. Reigo was founded in 2018 and maintains offices in New York and Tel Aviv.
