    Society Brands is a Canton, OH-based tech-enabled consumer products company that acquires and operates e-commerce-native DTC and marketplace brands. Led by CEO Michael Sirpilla, the company owns and operates seven distinct brands including Capsule Supplies, Barnesmith, Power Theory, and Wolf Tactical. It acquires e-commerce native brands, offering entrepreneurs liquidity while allowing them to remain involved and roll equity into Society Brands’ platform. Additional brands are currently in the company’s acquisition pipeline. Society Brands raised an additional $25M in equity funding and had most recently secured $11M in a round led by Gullane Capital, with Callais Capital and North Coast Ventures also participating. The company plans to use proceeds to continue acquiring brands, further build out its operating team and infrastructure, and provide financial strength to its balance sheet.
