Its cloud platform deploys AI agents to manage high-volume tasks such as candidate sourcing, engagement, screening, and assessment. The company serves both staffing agencies and in-house talent teams across the United States and India. With its technology, HireBound aims to reduce time-to-hire and improve match quality by integrating deeply with HRMS and applicant-tracking systems. The newly raised capital will be used to enhance its product portfolio, refine its agentic AI recruitment engine, and build out additional integrations. Funds will also support the expansion of sales, delivery, and engineering teams to accelerate go-to-market efforts. To date, HireBound has secured $2 million in external financing, marking its first institutional round.
