Founded in 1995 with approval granted by the State Administration for Industry, the China Capital Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (‘CCIG’) is registered in Shanghai with a registered capital of CNY300 million.     Chang Guang Satellite operates the Jilin‑1 commercial remote‑sensing constellation and manufactures satellites at industrial scale. The company has completed 30 successful launches and reports 161 Jilin‑1 satellites in orbit, claiming the world’s largest commercial sub‑meter remote‑sensing constellation. It supplies satellite imagery and derived data used in agriculture, forestry, water resources, environmental protection and financial services. Chang Guang also works on communications satellite infrastructure and reports an annual production capacity of up to 200 communications satellites, plus involvement in a 5G NTN smartphone video‑call demonstration. The recent equity raise of nearly ¥5 billion is intended to scale serial production, expand the constellation and grow data applications and services.
