Hypha provides an AI-native asset intelligence platform designed to unify fragmented investment data and workflows into structured, actionable insights across the asset lifecycle. The company has focused early efforts on complex, data-intensive sectors including private credit, private equity, professional services, healthcare, senior housing and multifamily real estate. Hypha has partnered with industry firms as design partners—such as MONTICELLOAM, LLC and 980Investments—to embed institutional underwriting and asset management knowledge into its intelligence layer. The team includes hires and advisors from the investment and technology sectors, including Chris Connolly as Head of Go-to-Market and Avi Mayer as a Strategic Advisor. Hypha raised $50 million in a Seed round to expand engineering, go-to-market, design and marketing teams, accelerate product development and grow its R&D presence in Tel Aviv. The company was co-founded in 2025 and is headquartered in New York City.
