Clean Energy is the largest provider of natural gas fuel for transportation in North America, fueling over 35,000 vehicles each day at approximately 500 fueling stations throughout the United States and Canada. With a broad customer base in a variety of markets, including trucking, airport shuttles, taxis, refuse, and public transit, we build and operate compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) fueling stations; manufacture CNG and LNG equipment and technologies for ourselves and other companies; and develop renewable natural gas (RNG) production facilities.

Rimere develops plasma-based technologies—the Reformer and the Mitigator—to reduce greenhouse‑gas emissions and deliver affordable zero‑emission hydrogen. The Reformer uses sequential hybrid plasma technology to transform natural gas into hydrogen and high‑quality graphene without producing CO2 and can achieve a negative carbon‑intensity rating when fed with renewable natural gas. The Mitigator is a plasma thermal oxidizer designed to lower the greenhouse‑gas potency of fugitive methane from natural gas infrastructure such as compressors and pneumatic controllers. Rimere plans to accelerate development and field testing of both devices to enable cleaner use of natural gas and support a transition to hydrogen. The company has raised $18.25 million of committed capital to date since its formation in 2020 and is currently an equity‑method investee of Clean Energy. Rimere is headquartered in Newport Beach, California.
