Founded in 2023, Rome-based SylloTips has built a multi-agent AI platform that embeds directly in Microsoft Teams to automate companies’ internal competence centres. The system deploys AI agents across functions such as sales, customer service, operations and IT, and when an agent lacks confidence it automatically involves subject-matter experts, capturing their feedback into a governed, verifiable memory. The software connects to major enterprise tools including Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Jira, Google Drive and Microsoft Copilot, avoiding new silos while adhering to corporate IT policies. Current customers like EOLO, COIMA, Leonardo Assicurazioni and Gruppo AB have converted 100 % of pilots into production use, demonstrating early product-market fit. Key use cases include reducing call-centre handling times, guiding field technicians with contextualised procedures, and accelerating complex sales quotations. The platform supports multimodal data, operates in multiple languages and is available through the Azure Marketplace as a Microsoft partner. With the fresh capital, SylloTips plans to expand agent modules, strengthen its governed memory, broaden connectors and integrations, and scale go-to-market efforts in telecom, insurance, banking and defence while adding senior hires in AI and sales.
