Nexidia is an Atlanta, GA-based provider of audio search and speech analytics solutions. Its core product enables electronic discovery of audio and video and is used by contact centers, media outlets, law firms, government agencies and major regulatory agencies. The company received over $23M in equity financing to support further development. Management said the capital will be used to further develop and protect original research, core technology and intellectual property. Funds will also be used to increase the company’s operational capacity in the contact center and other markets worldwide. New investors include BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners, Sandbox Industries and HarbourVest Partners alongside existing backers such as HIG Ventures and Paladin Capital Group.
