Paket Mutfak runs a delivery-first, multi-brand cloud kitchen model supported by proprietary software that manages ordering, kitchen operations, and logistics. The company currently operates 16 virtual restaurant brands across 16 locations in Istanbul and fulfills millions of orders annually through major third-party delivery platforms. By focusing on operational excellence, it aims to deliver consistent food quality at scale, addressing a common pain point in the takeaway industry. With fresh capital, Paket Mutfak plans to build its own customer-facing ordering application to gain end-to-end control of the user experience. Additional funds will be directed toward strengthening its technology stack, expanding its brand and location footprint, and increasing supply-chain flexibility. Since inception, the startup has raised a total of $12.3 million to support these growth initiatives.
