Ensuredit is a Gurugram, India–based InsurTech PaaS founded in 2019 that provides an AI-driven platform for brokers, corporate agents, insurance marketing firms, and insurers to enhance revenue generation. Its core offerings include digital onboarding, an end-to-end sales suite, multiple payment mechanisms, policy issuance, and post-sales management across general, life, and commercial/SME insurance. The platform uses AI/ML and computer vision to enable and empower end customers and intermediaries for a transformational customer experience. In July 2022 Ensuredit raised $4.2M in a pre-Series A round led by Cover Genius. The company plans to use the funds to grow the product offering and expand its technology team, deploying more context-relevant AI/ML and computer-vision products to simplify customer journeys and optimize onboarding. It also intends to add in-depth business analytics capabilities and prevent leakage in financial reconciliation. Ensuredit Technologies provides an integrated API platform that offers agent on-boarding, quote generation, payment processing, policy insurance comparison, cross-sell and upsell identification, and proposal creation. The platform is aimed at brokers, corporate agents, insurance marketing firms, and insurers to help boost their revenue. Ensuredit was founded last year by Amit Boni, Rohit Sadhu, and Vikas Ranga. Amit Boni is the founder and CEO and previously held senior roles at Motorola and Smartron; Sadhu was a director at EY and Ranga is an IIT Roorkee graduate and co-founder of docment.ai. The company said it will use the fresh capital to expand its technology team and marketing. Financially, the startup completed a Rs 2.5 crore pre-Series A raise (about $338,100).
