  Rebel Medicine is a clinical-stage biotechnology company headquartered in Salt Lake City that develops proprietary drug-delivery technologies to extend the duration of validated active pharmaceutical ingredients.   TellBio, founded in 2019 and based in Beverly, Massachusetts, develops a proprietary circulating tumor cell (CTC) technology (TellDx) and a complementary therapeutics platform (TellRx). TellDx is a microfluidic diagnostic solution designed to detect live CTCs from patient liquid biopsies and is described as revenue-generating. TellRx is an early-stage therapeutics platform focused on generating anti-cancer medicines that specifically target CTCs. The company’s CTC approach and technology are exclusively licensed from Massachusetts General Hospital and originate from decades of academic and clinical research by its scientific founders. TellBio plans to use recent financing to further deploy TellDx globally and to advance TellRx programs in early-stage development. Strategic agreements announced concurrently — an exclusive TellDx license to Genetron for greater China and deployment at ARUP Laboratories in the U.S. — are intended to accelerate global commercialization and research adoption.

  iSchool Campus offers an end-to-end "whole-school" learning environment combining secure high-speed Wi‑Fi, Apple hardware (iPads, iMacs, MacBook Pros), HDTVs, audio systems, and classroom-management and tutoring apps. Launched in 2011 and based in Utah and Washington D.C., the company targets K–12 schools and districts and is also discussing use in government training facilities. It has run pilot programs at 13 charter, private, and public schools across eight states. The company installs its proprietary apps on deployed iPads, works closely with Apple on device configuration and special K–12 pricing, and says it can complete installations in about 10 days while providing full technical, configuration, and maintenance support. iSchool prices its services at $400–$600 per student per year under three-year contracts. To fuel expansion, iSchool has raised $2 million of a planned $4 million Series A led by Crocker Ventures. The company aims to expand into more K–12 schools and enterprise training programs while demonstrating impact on student outcomes to drive adoption.
