BoardClic provides a platform used by more than 7,000 chairs and directors across 600 boards of regulated organisations, financial institutions, and investment firms in over 50 countries. The product targets the private equity sector, advisers and consultants, and directly serves boards with analytics-driven tools to evaluate board work. The company plans to integrate AI to deliver better decision support, smarter agendas, and improvements to board composition. BoardClic projects revenue and annual recurring revenue (ARR) of €2.7 million (SEK 30 million) in 2025, with half of income expected from the United Kingdom, and aims to be profitable in the first half of 2026. The recent funding will be used to continue product development utilising AI and to support the company’s overall growth. In connection with the capital raise, Christoffer Hartung was appointed CEO and Tom Nyman took on the role of Chairman. BoardClic is a Swedish SaaS B2B platform that provides digital board and management team evaluations. Its proprietary technology delivers benchmarking and qualitative insights on performance and transparency to help align boards and management teams. The product focuses on tracking compliance, effectiveness, and alignment for boards and the C-suite, positioning itself as a data-driven tool to improve governance and "promote the G in ESG." Founded in 2019, the company plans to expand into additional European markets and build out its U.K. operations. BoardClic raised €1.2 million in a second seed funding round led by Subvenio, Curitas Ventures and Brofund Equity. With this latest investment the company has raised €3.6 million to date. BoardClic offers a SaaS platform that replaces paperwork with a digitised, transparent process for board and executive evaluations, enabling continuous measurement and data analysis. The product lets customers track performance over time and benchmark results against relevant external companies. Founded in 2018 by Monica Lagercrantz and Malin Lombardi as an extension of Lagercrantz Associates, the founders bring decades of top-level recruitment experience to the product. The company launched the product in 2019 and has since acquired about 70 clients, including 3i, BGF, Bristol Water, Destiny Pharma, and Enquest. The new funding is intended to accelerate product development and support an international expansion plan. BoardClic positions itself as a tool to improve board efficiency and value creation through data and automation.

Inex One operates a digital platform and marketplace that connects strategy teams and investment professionals with expert networks around the globe. Clients access more than 20 expert networks on the platform to arrange one-on-one conversations with vetted experts. Expert networks are reviewed for compliance and service quality, with continuous feedback loops to help them improve. Clients include the bank DNB. Led by CEO Max Friberg alongside Mehdi Rejraji, Josefine Vinberg, and Filip Gruvstad, the company plans to use the $3m in new funding to support continued rapid expansion, with an emphasis on the US market. The funding round attracted a mix of industry executives, former consulting partners, private equity firms, existing backers Curitas Ventures, and angel investors.

Gofrendly is an AI-driven smartphone app that helps women find like-minded people, host and join group events, and form platonic friendships. The app personalizes connections using signals like common interests and stated reasons for wanting to connect. Founded in 2015 in Stockholm, Gofrendly serves about 250,000 users across the Nordics, with 65% of accounts belonging to women in Stockholm aged 20–35. A free tier is available, and users can upgrade for £3.99/month to unlock additional privacy and discovery features. To date the platform has processed nearly 11 million direct messages, facilitated roughly 4,600 coffee dates, created 2,537 friend groups, and organized 70 trips abroad. The company plans to use new funding to expand overseas, starting in the UK, and to further develop its product. Gofrendly operates a mobile app designed to make it easier for women to find new friends and expand their networks. The app has around 150,000 users and has emphasized smaller, digital-first activities such as book clubs and outdoor meetups to keep engagement high. Founders Claudia Gård and Ulrika Lilja report continued activity in the app through the year despite broader challenges. Gofrendly plans to use new funding to continue growing on the Swedish market and to prepare for international expansion. The company recently appointed Katinka Berg as CEO while the founders remain operational. In the most recently reported fiscal year (2019) Gofrendly had about SEK 2 million in revenue and a SEK 4.6 million loss.
