Wealthon builds an all-in-one multi-product platform for SMEs that combines POS, lending, payments and financial-management tools. Its core solutions include POSCASH (repayments tied to payment-terminal transactions), WALLET (a mobile wallet), LIMIT (instant credit line) and a POS system with order and inventory management. Founded in 2019 and based in Warsaw, the company began as a lending platform and has expanded into an integrated SME financial-services ecosystem. In 2024 Wealthon tripled the volume of financing it provided year-over-year, reporting a gross merchandise value (GMV) of €118.3 million. Wealthon secured debt financing of USD 12.3M from funds managed by CVI Dom Maklerski. The company plans to use the funds to scale the business, develop additional financial products, and expand in the e-commerce sector. Wealthon focuses on providing financial services for entrepreneurs, with a core product of lending to microenterprises that often fall outside traditional banks' offerings. The company raised 32 mln zł to accelerate the development of its financial services. Proceeds will fund dynamic growth and the buildout of a broader ecosystem of products for firms. Wealthon says the funding will support expansion of its crediting operations for small businesses.
